Five Points Self Defense Academy, previously Integrated Grappling Arts, is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling, and Kickboxing training center located inside the Iron Factory Gym in Richmond, Virginia. Five Points Self Defense offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Submission Grappling, and Kickboxing. Head Instructor Trey Martin is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Julio “Foca” Fernandez and Rodrigo Medieros with the BJJ Revolution Team.
