Alpha Martial Arts in Seattle, Washington provides Martial Arts and Karate Lessons for Children, Teens & Adults. We also offer Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate, Doce Pares Eskrima, Kickboxing, Yoga Fitness, Self-Defense and Character Development. AMA’s Mixed Martial Arts Program is taught by Kiel McDougall. Kiel is extremely passionate about MMA. He has been following the sport closely since its inception, and has been training for Mixed Martial Arts competition for over eight years.
Kiel has been informally running stand-up, groundwork and MMA classes since 2004. He has always gone out of his way to share with his teammates and is comfortable exploring and teaching every aspect of this sport, from stand-up to the clinch to take downs to positional groundwork, escapes, and submissions. Kiel considers it a real privilege to share what he has learned about the sport of MMA with everyone that is interested. He teaches a fun, exciting, and SAFE class to people of all skill levels.
