Arlington Kickboxing Academy

Take your physical fitness to the next level with AKA! Whether your goal is just to improve your physical fitness or to become a fighter, we are the gym for you. Unlike cardio kickboxing we will help you learn the technique behind the great fighters today and also get the full body workout you have been looking for.

We offer 4-5hr of training a day in such disciplines as Kickboxing, Pankration, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu,Wrestling and MMA. For the few that decide to fight we also offer fighters training.
If you’re interested in self-defense we will teach you to defend yourself both standing-up and on the ground. If you are looking for a good workout we have kickboxing that provides the full body workout like nothing you can get from a run in the park.

For the young kids we offer a class that focuses on technique, discipline and cardio, making sure that not only will they get a great workout but they will also learn proper defense and the discipline to understand when it’s ok to use it and when it’s not.

The classes offered at AKA designed for both women and men of all ages. Competition is not a requirement here at AKA. However should competition be of interest to you, we have the coaches and facility to make you the best you can be.
