United Training Center in Tacoma, Washington, is 2,000 square feet with a boxing ring, mats, Thai bags, variety of dumbbells and tons of equipment/gear. Our mission is to educate individuals and to optimize their health and reach their personal fitness goals. Each class is designed to give you a full body work out while teaching you self defense tactics that could potentially save your life.
United Training Center helps empower you with self confidence, increase athletic performance, build lean muscle and improve your total health. Remember health and fitness are a way of life, not a roller coaster ride. Classes range from beginners- advanced in Grappling (Submission Wrestling), Muay Thai Kickboxing (striking), Kid’s MMA, MMA Core-Fit (conditioning class), and personal training. “You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one!”
