At TMK (Tyler Mountain Karate) Martial Arts in South Charleston, West Virginia, we teach a combination of Shotokan Karate, Kyokushin Karate, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. We do not limit ourselves with just one style because in the real world there is no one technique or one style that conquers all. Building on this philosophy, we keep reality in mind while showing you techniques that actually work in a real self-defense scenario.
