Gracie Barra Kenosha, Wisconsin teaches traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as Submission Wrestling, Thai Boxing, Boxing, and the blend known as Mixed Martial Arts. To compliment the training, the academy will also offer fitness and conditioning classes taught by certified personal trainers who specilaize in weight-loss, functional strength, and sports-realted training. Some of the tools used will be kettlebells, sledgehammers, tires, and sleds for starters!
Our aim is not to be the biggest place that offers quality BJJ/MMA training and fitness, just the best one. We also have a full-sized MMA Cage for our fighters and members to train in!
