Steve Bongiorno is the Head Instructor, and has a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Ricardo Almeida, a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan and a brown belt in Danzen Ryu Ju Jutsu.
We have several different classes to meet the needs of our students. If you are a new student, an old student, one who hasn’t trained in a while or just looking to get in shape, have fun or learn real self-defense, we have a class for you.
