Our Fight & Fit Club program has various aspects to it: While the main style taught is Panjo, a persian street self defense discipline, there is much more that is involved. You will be learning techniques from Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jutsu, Wrestling, and more. At the same time you will be challenged with many endurance and conditioning drills and exercises, that will help get your body in the correct shape. On top of all that, you will understand the basics of fighting. From proper technique to create power, to the fighting instinct and attitude that must be brought out in the match.

It does not matter your experience level nor your fitness level. You could be the brand new beginner or the experienced fighter. You could be the out of shape average Joe or the marathon triathlete that is preparing for a race. You will be progressed according to your skill and endurance level and still have a fun and challenging workout ahead of you.
