Classes focus on Self-Defense, Kickboxing, and drills and techniques used by competitive fighters. Our atmosphere is casual and informal, and our location is next to the Metro in Dupont Circle, DC. We do not have contracts, and have a pay by class option for busy professionals.
Our goal is to teach you practical and effective street self-defense while improving your physical conditioning and having fun. Our flagship class is Arnis. Arnis is very similar to Eskrima (Escrima), Kali, Balintawak, Pekiti-Tirsia, and many other Filipino Martial Arts.
Our school focuses on the style of Modern Arnis taught by the late Grandmaster Remy A. Presas, but also includes techniques from many other styles, both Filipino and from around the world.
