While UFC 99 is still two and a half weeks away (wait, that’s soon, wow, there’s a lot of MMA in the next couple of weeks), I wanted to bring to all y’alls attention a video we made at All Elbows of one day of training with Dan Hardy, the mohawked Brit taking on Marcus Davis in Germany. My partner and I did this about a month ago, at the very beginning of Hardy’s training (about two days into it) but wanted to wait until my interview with him in Fighters Only Magazine was available for people to thumb through while watching the video.
