There are many schools in the area trying to capitalize on the popularity of MMA by offering programs now. Don’t be fooled by traditional martial arts instructors who have never been in the ring or cage. In order to learn proper technique you must learn from an instructor who spent many years training in MMA.
We offer classes in boxing, kickboxing, brazilian jiu-jitsu, & wrestling. You can choose a grappling program, striking program, or a sportsmans package with both programs. Cardio training is included in with all packages.
