Aside from amateur to professional athletes, we also welcome women, kids & anyone who wants to achieve a certain skill level or just use it for fitness!
Our facility offers a professional size Kickboxing/Boxing/MMA certified Ring, over 1000 square feet of professional quality mats, 10 Thai bags, 2 body bags, 3 tear drop bags, rope climbs, a 600 sf mezzanine level that allows oversight of the training below, and a 20’x20′ private lessons mat. We also have men’s and women’s restrooms and a small marketplace for merchandise.
