We offer a variety of traditional karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts programs for kids and adults. Ladies programs include kickboxing and self defense. Kids programs include character development and confidence building.
Kajukenbo is a blend of Karate, Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Kenpo and Kung Fu focusing on street-style self defense. It is known as the first American martial art. Kajukenbo was founded in 1947 at Palamas Settlement on Oahu, Hawaii. It developed out of a group calling themselves the “Black Belt Society”.
