We also offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Cardio Kickboxing and Weapons. Our academy has three training floors, a large Cafeteria, a Private Lesson Training room; Complete Viewing area that seats up to 30 people, a fully stocked Pro Shop that students can shop at from all over our area. A state of the art Study Room with Flat Screen CPU panels Internet Ready, Commercial Quality Weight Training equipment including Elliptical, Free Weights, Station Training & Leg Press Machines, Dressing room, 16 x 10 foot Movie Screen with state of the art Projection Viewing System, High Fidelity Sound Systems as well as Multiple Bathrooms and Satellite TV, to sum it up our Training Center is simply the best in the area!
