We are committed to continually enhancing our program to address exercise, drills, safety tips and a realistic approach to self-defense situations. In 2008, we joined the Charles Gracie Academy Affiliate Schools. BJJ instruction is open to men, women, and children, regardless of physical condition, age or past experience. The training we provide will surely help practitioners improve their physical condition and ground fighting skills. Furthermore, the training will also help students develop self-confidence and discipline. At Cortez Martial Arts, we seek to help our students develop on and off the mat.
Cortez Martial Arts of Manteca is committed to quality. We will persevere in this goal by insuring our students always get the best instruction and service possible.
