    Terrible teaching, and to top it off they run to business out of there which they have nothing in comment with each other. The first one is dance classes and the second one is the boxing. Wow that explains everything about the teaching they have no idea what they are doing and everyone walks with an attitude not a friendly place at all. I was planning to sign up my son and myself but after what I have seen it’s not going to happend. I’ll just look for a really Muay Thai and Boxing gym

    I had a much different experience. I found the staff to be quite friendly and very welcoming. Although its a male environment, not once did I feel out of place or did anyone there make me feel uncomfortable. The instructors are tough and just because I’m a Girl I wasn’t given special treatment (Which I really liked). The gym may be a little run down but most Boxing Gyms where The Greats came from were like this one…it has a essence about it, quite nostalgic.
