Our 10,000 square feet facility is equipped with a state of the art 24 X 24 Everlast Boxing Ring, a full cardio kickboxing area outlined with speed bags, double end bags as well as a full length row of 125lb hanging punching bags, highlighting our Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, and Muay Thai area. Our staff offers several classes a day in all of these areas as well as private training! Need workout gear? Gloves, wraps, etc? Our facility sells to members only!!! We make our prices affordable so that our clients can enjoy the experience Empire has to offer. Come get in shape and enjoy our 25ft high air circulated ceilings which provide such a comfortable way to workout!
Also, our unique facility provides a brand new 32X32 grappling mat area where our focus of instruction are: Youth Wrestling, Submission wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Freestyle Wrestling, Judo, and Sambo. Our schedules and classes will provide every level of training from beginner to professional!
Our mixed martial art cage training area is equipped with a custom built octagon! It features dual entry gates as well as fully padded posts, coated chain link fence, and resolite padded mat floor with canvas top layer. The octagon fulfills every Mixed Martial Artist’s dream of training inside the cage! Mixed Martial Arts is now sanctioned by the California State Athletic Commission, and Empire Training Center will be hosting MMA events as well as training the future Mixed Martial Artists.
