Loading...International Martial Art Center (IMAC) in Lakewood and Buena Park, California, teaches martial arts that really work and self-defense techniques which you will be able to use right away, not years from now. We offer classes in Yoga/Pilatees, Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido, Sparring, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Our adult and childrens’ classes are taught in a safe manner so you can train every day without injury or discomfort. Once you join, we recommend that you come in at least three times a week to maximize your learning.
We also try to encourage a family atmosphere. The International Martial Art Center is a safe place to train together, to learn from each other, and to help each other become the best we can, on and off of the mat. Once again, welcome to our family and we hope to meet all of your expectations.
