If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you are welcome to try any class for free or drop in just to watch. Garth and Paul are well known and respected in the Jiu Jitsu community as teachers and competitors. Our kickboxing instructor, Sam Radetsky, holds numerous black belt rankings in several martial arts, fought competitively in Japan, is a Level 2 Certified Trainer in CrossFit, and was a three-time NCAA All American in water polo.
