We have world class UFC and MMA fighters and professional and amateur boxers who train at our facilities. In addition, we offer instructions for all levels of athletes, from beginners to intermediate to advanced levels.
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Olympic Style Wrestling and Yoga. Instruction and training is available in both group classes as well as individual one on one sessions. Our instructors are professionals and expert in their fields and will be able to provide you with insight into your combat sport along with proven and correct techniques used in the sport.
Our brand new gym is equipped with the newest in weight machines, weights, punching bags, speed bags and every other kind of amenity available. In addition to these items, we have a full sized boxing ring and cage. Everyone in our gym, from the owner, to the the trainers, staff and members, is there to help bring out the best in you.
