Cristian Lopez is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is the instructor at Momentum Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Buena Park. He was promoted to the rank of Black Belt by Brazilian World Champion Rodrigo Medeiros (Carlson Gracie Team). Cristian began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1999 under the tutelage and direction of Rodrigo Medeiros, John Ouano (Ouano International), and Johnny Ramirez (Newbreed Academy).
As an instructor and as an athlete, Cristian holds himself to the highest standards. He believes that anything can be achieved through love, hard work, and dedication. It is for this reason that he is committed to providing his students with the highest quality of instruction and personal attention.
