Both Jake and Reuben are known for their excellent instruction, attention to detail and their talent for keeping workouts productive yet enjoyable.

This is actually my favorite school in the area. I’ve trained at quite a few over the years and the grappling and bjj instruction is awesome. It’s a very well run gym with a great atmosphere (read – “no thugs”).
The owner Jake seems like a good guy and they offer plenty of classes to work around my schedule. I would recommend this place for sure.
