We strive to perfect technique in and out of the cage or ring. We offer kickboxing, grappling, wrestling, lifting weights and conditioning programs. Our S.K.S. Fight Team is active in local tournaments. We are proud to be the home gym of legendary UFC fighter, the “IceMan” Chuck Liddell, and affiliate of THE PIT. We are also a place where kids from ages 3 to 14 can learn, practice and compete in the most effective martial arts and fitness program in the world.
