We train for fun, fitness, sport, and competition. We specialize in No-Gi (shorts and T-shirt) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (also called Submission Wrestling or Freestyle.) Combining Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, you will learn: throws and takedowns, submissions and control, positions and strategy, counters and escapes.

If you want a gym where you can show up and not be pushed by other students you should try another place but if your goal is to have a great bjj game join the fun but expect to tap a few times lol
