We offer instruction in Kenpo Karate, Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense. At the Dojo, you’ll find your fears. In here it will be impossible to run from them. In here you’ll disect them, learn from them and master them them!
Head Instructor Josh Grant has trained extensively in Kenpo Karate and currently hold a 1st Dan Black Belt. He is responisble for teaching both the children’s classes and adult classes in Kenpo Karate. Instructor Matt Painter is an amateur MMA fighter and trainer. Mr. Painter has spent four years in Hawaii training in the arts of Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA rules combat: He brings this specialized skill set to us here at The Dojo.
