Bushi Ban Martial Arts & Fitness in Seymour, Connecticut, has been teaching life skills through Martial Arts for over five years in the valley. The Fighter’s Elite Program guarantees to get you in the best shape of your life, we promise you will enhance all your physical and mental traits such as stamina, flexibility, strength, speed, conditioning, endurance, timing, coordination, balance, agility, reflexes, and much, much more. This program helps you lose weight, get rid of unwanted fat, tone muscles, and sculpt your body. Mentally this program helps you gain confidence, self esteem, pride, focus, understanding of technique, skill, and a life philosophy.

Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced, both in teaching, and in actual competition. They are patient and friendly, and they are here to help you achieve your goals. The atmosphere is based on team spirit, friendship and support, hard work, and fellowship. Everyone is encouraged to train and learn at their own pace. Not every member of the Fighter’s Elite Program is in it to become a full contact fighter. Most members are training just to stay in shape, learn practical self defense, and to understand and practice the martial arts. Only individuals 16 years and older, upon qualification, will be accepted into the Fighter’s Elite Program.
