New Milford Sports Club, formally ‘The Club’, is a 40,000 square foot facility located in New Milford, Connecticut. The original business was founded some 12 years ago and has evolved to become the premier fitness facility in the area. Recently, The Club has been converted to New Milford Sports Club and has received an influx of capital improvements to maintain its premier stats. The breadth of facilities we offer are unmatched, and the depth of classes, programming, and training can accommodate the needs and schedules of our most discriminating members. There are over 60 pieces of cardio training equipment including: steppers, ellipticals, treads, upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, rowing machines and more. Most machines have their own private flat screen TV’s – for those that don’t, the facility is outfitted with dozens of televisions including brand new plasma TV’s. The circuit training and free weight equipment offers direct access to training every muscle group in the human anatomy. Raquette Ball, Aquatics, Boxing, and more help round out sporting options. Our classes are abundant and include group, semi-private and private instruction.

NMSC facilities include full service and executive service locker rooms, family bathrooms, child care, spa services, tanning and more. We also boast a full service cafe with juice bar and a pro shop which offers the area’s largest selection of nutritional supplements.
