We are unique and different from any school in the West Hartford area, and our facility is top-notch. Located in West Hartford, Connecticut, we have a staff of diversified instructors and are able to offer instruction in Kung-Fu, Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Aikido, Jujutsu, Freestyle Kickboxing, Boxing, Capoeira, Kali/Silat, Kettlebell Training, and soft style arts… all under one roof!
We are open six days throughout the week. We have two training areas, a boxing ring, a shower for students, a full complement of training equipment, a weight room, and a wi-fi lounge. We have 10 staff members; we are arguably the most fully functional martial arts school in the state of Connecticut, and we are ready to help you reach your training goals in a variety of styles!
