Whether you want to be a professional fighter or simply get a good workout, we will cater to your needs. Global MMA provides a fitness and training center which accommodates beginners, advanced and professional training. We have a wide range of programs with varying schedules. Classes are available for kids starting at age 3, teenagers, men and women. Daily operations and instructions are run by the gym owners to ensure a more personal atmosphere and the best workout possible.
Global MMA has created an awesome workout program within a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot facility. For those training to fight, there’s no better way to get ready for the cage than to actually train in the cage. That’s why we have a 24 foot Octagon Event Cage in our facility. Classes offered are MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Kung Fu, Judo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning, and Cardio Kickboxing. Everything you need for Stand-up, Take-downs, Ground Fighting, and Outlasting your opponent. All classes are taught by qualified professional instructors.
