Like our Orlando facility, it also offers a full range of MMA, BJJ, and Muay Thai programs for adults, as well as a complete kid’s program including summer camps and After School pickup.
Din Thomas is the head instructor of the Longwood location. Din has done it all in the world of MMA: Nine-time UFC Veteran, three-time WEF Champion, two-time RSF Champion Veteran of SHOOTO Japan, Inoki Bom Ba Ye Japan, SuperBrawl Hawaii. Din has some impressive wins on his record including Mishima, Matt Serra, Jens Pulver, and Clay Guida. He is an undefeated professional boxer. He was on season 4 of The Ultimate Fighter where he got to the semifinals, despite fighting 25 lbs. above his weight. Din was awarded his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by world champion, and founder of American Top Team, Ricardo Liborio in October 2006.
We also offer conditioning training, a workout routine guaranteed to get you in shape. All of our instructors have competition experience and our classes are ran in a professional manner that allows all students to feel comfortable and enjoy their training.
