Our state of the art training facility features an official size boxing ring, a 21′ Octagon Cage and many heavy hanging bags for an intensifying aerobic work out.
While there are many other companies offering similar services, we strive to provide our customers with optimal resources to achieve their goals in aerobics, cardio kick boxing, mixed martial arts and boxing as well as self-defense, and more.
