Our unique programs include Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu and general fitness training. We are a family oriented do-jang (school) that emphasizes proper technique, self defense, and also offers competition training. We hope you choose to visit our one of a kind martial arts school. We are member of the Kar-Do-Jitsu-Ryu Karate Federation and the World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (WBJJA). BJJ Instructor Emmanuel “Manny” Alves was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He started training BJJ under Professor Paulo Wesley Lopes since he was 12 years old and has been the champion of the Rio de Janeiro State Jiu-Jitsu League (LERJJI) for many years. He also has been a junior instructor at affiliated schools in the Rio de Janeiro State for several years. Manny is a certified instructor under the World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association.
