Offering classes in Cardio Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Muay-Thai Kickboxing, Weapons, Sparring, Hapkido and Mixed Martial Arts. We also have children’s classes as well.
OSC is dedicated to get your life on the right path. This is done by balancing your life between work and pleasure. There is no better way to improve your physical well being, as well as your mental health than by adding a physical regime on a regular basis.
