After 14 years giving classes under Lotus Club, Armando Conde founded his own association, the Team Conde Association. Located in Sunrise, Florida, this association is a result of years of working with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through Team Conde, Armando Conde is able to spread this martial art through his own path of work, opening new spaces and buildings new athletes and instructors around the world.

Armando Conde was born in Portugal in 1966, and moved to Brazil in 1976.  In January 1985, he began to train in BJJ. Armando is the only one European black belt that work for bjj and helped bjj inside the real bjj community; he fought two bjj world championship (mundial) and two Pan-American championship (pan-americano); he achieved the title of worldwide championship in bjj in 1999 and the pan am championship title in 2000 and 2001. He is the only one European with a first place in the world wide championship (mundial). Also he is the highest ranked European inside the “Lotus Club” organization.
