Our new facility now has over 9,000 square feet of training area, full weight room, cardio area, child play area, pro shop and 1400 square feet of mat space!
Instructor James Long has studied in martial arts for over 20 years with 9 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling. Holds black belt in BJJ under Rigan Machado. Trained under Steve Headden, Diego Saraiva (UFC fighter), and Fabio Costa. He trained in Submission Grappling under Pride fighter and Super Brawl fighter, Tim Catalfo.
Our other Instructor Mike Soprano holds a purple belt on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has trained in BJJ for since 2003. He has trained under Steve Headden, Diego Saraiva (UFC fighter), and Jimmy Long. Mike served in the U.S. Army from 1999 – 2004 with deployments in Macedonia, Kosovo, Kuwait and Iraq. His classes are the most fun and intense training that you will encounter.
