For over 15 years, Instructor Garth Spendiff has dedicated his life to Jiu-Jitsu and various combative methods. Coastal Combatives is the organization he created to offer Jiu-Jitsu to the general public, military and law enforcement communities. The scope of the programs not only covers the techniques, but also includes the cross training, mental preparation, and traditional mentorship that is a critical part of becoming a proficient practitioner.
