Loading...DefKon One Fighting and Fitness provides West Georgia and East Alabama with top level combat sports, MMA, Gracie BJJ, No-Gi BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Judo. There are classes throughout the day Monday through Saturday. We feature a 1500 square feet mat area for BJJ as well as 1000 square feet of kickboxing space. Unique to the area is the 1 8′ diameter octagon-shaped cage in the center of the academy also a 20×20 competition boxing ring for MMA purposes.
