In the Ring Sports is equipped with a regulation sized boxing/MMA ring and over 1,500 square feet of open mat space and with a dedicated fitness kickboxing area. Our facility houses both Muay Thai and boxing heavy bags, speed bags, and specialty bags including wrecking balls, angel bags, and tear drop bags to help maximize your martial arts training.
In the Ring Sports uses central UV-C Air Sanitizers and anti-bacterial dispensers are available throughout the facility. In addition, fresh clean towels are provided for you to use during your workout or training session. We offer a variety of membership options to fit your budget and classes are designed for both the beginner to the professional competitor.
