There is something for every level of fitness from the couch potato who has never worked out before to the elite level competive athlete. We offer fitness classes in kickboxing and yoga for the regular guy. We also offer classes in Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling and mixed martial arts. Our facility is equipped with 2 full size boxing rings, 25 six foot heavy bags, a variety of specialty bags, separate room with wrestling mats and cage walls, variety of cardio and weight machines, free weights and pro shop. Our staff is very experienced and educated in the different disciplines offered as well as personal training and nutrition.
