Our integrated mixed martial arts training consists of Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Russian Sambo submission grappling, boxing, wrestling and sports performance training. Our experienced trainers will not only teach you the proper techniques, you will go through training sessions designed to prepare you mentally and physically for competition.
As a result of our training methods, X3 Sports team members consistently dominate the competition at both amateur and professional events. By training MMA at X3 Sports, you will be taught by experienced instructors who’s students have fought and are currently fighting in the UFC, IFL and other professional Mixed Martial Arts organizations. We are at the intersection of Windy Hill Rd and Cobb Parkway in Marietta, right off the Windy Hill exit on I-75. You can find us in the same shopping center as FedEx Office, Folks and Ru Sans, across the street from the Car Spa.
