Lam, is a martial arts school dedicated to teaching progressive cutting edge martial arts techniques. We offer the best techniques from many disciplines and put them all together into our unique style. Our programs are developed to fit all your needs when you are looking to train in the martial arts. Whether for self defense, fitness, discipline, sport competition or overall wellness, we have something for everyone. In our MMA classes, you will learn effective techniques utilizing strikes, throws, clinching, wrestling, grappling and submissions. This class blends boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, judo, BJJ, shootwrestling, shootboxing. Drills to improve conditioning and endurance is also emphasized in this class. The goal in this class is to make you a complete fighter, well versed in all ranges.
