Legacy MMA is proudly affiliated with Marcelo Alonso Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of Seattle. Marcello Alonso is a 4th degree black belt under the Gracie legend Carlson Gracie. At our academy we specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for competition and self defense, and we offer Muay Thai, Boxing, Greco Roman and Free Style Wrestling, Judo, and Combat Conditioning to supplement your competition and self defense training. We offer classes for teens and adults in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No Gi) and MMA. We have submission grappling and fight teams that compete every month.
