Our philosophy is that everyone, regardless of physical ability, can and will improve. All classes are beginner friendly and all students are encouraged to help each other to learn and grow as a team. The progress and safety of the student is of the utmost importance.
In addition to BJJ, we offer Boxing, Wrestling and Muay Thai instruction. Our boxing coach is a Chicago Golden Gloves champion and a successful MMA fighter. Our wrestling coach has over twenty years of grappling experience. He is an accomplished wrestler and jiu-jitsu practitioner.
We are located inside the Symmetry Center Gym in the heart of Chicago’s Near North Side. Students of Jiu-jitsu need a clean, safe, and friendly environment in which to train. Our mats are sanitized everyday and the gym includes clean showers and a sauna.
