Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the most demanding of the fighting sports, the ultimate testing grounds for all the technique, strength and endurance you have acquired in Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Kids Classes have also started!
You will learn that the real challenge in our MMA Fighter Program is to know when to apply the best fighting technique of each individual style- in situations where you won’t know in advance which combat technique your opponent is about to use. You’ll discover the best kept secret about MMA-the best fighting competitors know how to use their mind as much as they use their technique.
Our coaching staff includes MMA fighter/Boxing coach Andy Liaskos who holds a professional record of 17 -2. Nick Sanchez is Muay Thai Expert with 10+ years training! Team Henson consists of wrestler coach Roger Henson. Head Jiu Jitsu coach is Jacob Henson who teaches all aspects of the game GI and NOGI. Currently our main goal is to make the best fighters in Northwest Indiana.
