In the past few years there has been a surge in interest in what is populary termed Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA. Here at Blazing Sun IMB, we have been teaching it for over 19 years. In fact, Bruce Lee actually started the whole MMA revolution over 40 years ago. MMA has its roots in styles like Jeet Kune Do, grappling, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. In addition, we have since expanded our class content to specifically address those concepts that are evolving around MMA.
