this is a great gym they are really nice people i went there when i was 11 and they were great with kids if a kid is strugling they dont yell at them like most people they help them out but if there is a kid who is just scruwing around then they get after them but they are really great to kids and all of there instructers kevin is the head of it he has two or three children in it and they are great children his wife is in it his whole familey is. and everyone there is great. so if you want to teach your kids some self defendd and respect for other then call up Kevin hes awsome. i loved it there.
