There are a variety of group classes for all ages. We also have private personal training available. Our facility has a professional boxing ring, 12 heavy bags, speed bags, a 20 x 20 professional wrestling mat, gear and more gear.
Our clientele is a diverse collection, ranging from children to adults at all ability levels, from those seeking a phenomenal workout to training military personnel or even competitive fighters.
