Located in Duluth, Minnesota, we specialize in boxing but also can accommodate those looking for kickboxing, weight loss, and over all fitness. Our members are from a wide variety of backgrounds. We train college students, high school students, professional fighters, amateur boxers, amateur kick boxers, athletes, self-defense seekers, and anyone looking to get a great workout. Our facility is equipped with a full size competition boxing ring, heavy bags, a speed bag, double end-bag, as well as plenty of floor space to accomplish your training goals.

getting in better overall shape or if you want to compete in sanctioned amateur boxing and kickboxing events, we can accommodate you.
