LBC trains amateur or Olympic-style fighters. LBC follows the USA Boxing rules and registers all its amateur participants with the USA Boxing Organization. LBC trains professional boxers and expects participants to be of strong moral character.
LBC provides self-defense training, physical fitness training or weight loss training for individuals who are not interested in competition. Participants must be 8 years or older with no maximum age. LBC is located at the Air Park West Recreation Center‎.
