Loading...Team Reno Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Sparks, Nevada, is a Straight Blast Gym (SBGi) affiliate, and started as a training group that practiced wherever we could find a place to train. We started using high schools but would often get kicked out during wrestling season. Head instructors/owners Dax Soto and Ray Price decided to find a place to rent out so we wouldn’t have that problem. We have moved a couple of times but we have finally found our own place.
Our gym has a good vibe and we have male and female students ranging from ages 13 to 51. It has a positive environment and mellow vibe. We further ask our students to check their egos at the door. This can be hard sometimes but it really helps the learning environment. We are continually growing and always welcome new comers.
